1 General Terms

dv44 (referred to hereinafter as "Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions ("Terms") document forms a binding legal agreement between you and dv44.

3 Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

The following methods are supported for depositing funds at dv44: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the dv44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no need for currency conversion.

3.4 Prohibition on Illegal Funds

dv44 takes a firm stance against money laundering and illegal financial activity. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the relevant account may be suspended immediately and the authorities may be notified.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To benefit from this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

4.2 Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until the bonus wagering requirement is met.
• Any form of bonus hunting or systematic abuse of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• dv44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device is not permitted.

4.3 VIP Program

The dv44 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum. Advancing to a higher tier depends on regular and active participation.

4.4 Promotion Abuse

If any attempt is made to exploit bonuses or promotions through automated software, bots, or manipulation, the relevant account will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

dv44 is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency across all games. Our games are operated through accredited game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi.

5.2 Betting Limits

5.3 Technical Issues

If any game or bet is affected by a server error, network problem, or other technical cause, dv44 reserves the right to void or re-verify that bet. In reasonable circumstances, funds from affected bets may be refunded.

5.4 Prohibition on Fraud and Manipulation

Any form of fraud, coordinated betting, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or collusion is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

6 Responsible Gaming

6.1 Setting Limits

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If a user feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they can contact our support team to self-exclude for a set period or permanently. Once self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reactivated during that period.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by User

A user may close their account at any time. Any balance remaining at the time of the request may be withdrawn, provided no active bonus conditions are outstanding.

7.2 Suspension by dv44

dv44 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Registration with false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Fraud or manipulation
• Bonus abuse
• Illegal financial activity
• Any serious breach of these Terms

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the dv44 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of dv44. Copying, distributing, or using these for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.

The intellectual property of third-party game providers belongs to their respective companies and is governed by each provider's own terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

dv44 accepts no liability for the following:

• Interruption to a game session due to loss of internet connection
• Technical issues with a user's own device
• Disruption to third-party services
• Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, war, or other unforeseeable events)

In any circumstance, dv44's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the relevant transaction.
